Please attach a detailed Sport CV and also references of coaches and mentors to be contacted.
It is also important to give indication regarding National Colors or not.
Also include a section on “My Sport Dream/Vision”.
Please also forward a photo of yourself in action for inclusion our website should your application be successful.
The trust aims to assist young talented Namibian Sports People to live their dream.
